1. Made-to-Order Products

All Kaliber Wear clothing items are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing due to customer selection
• Change of mind
• Personalized or custom items

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

• A photo of the issue
We will work with Printful to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

3. Shipping Issues
• If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking information first.
• For international orders, customs delays are outside our control, but we will assist if possible.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after approval.
